I've started a Legion build and have got as far as Primm.

My stats are S8 P5 E6 C4 I6 A6 L5

Traits: Bulit to Destroy, Kamikaze

Skills: Guns, Repair, Sneak

My character's story is a survivor of the Bitter Springs massacre and picked up by a wandering Explorer Legionary who took pity on me. Anyway he has a hatred for the NCR etc and is now himself an Explorer for the Legion in disguise (yes, a bit flimsy I know but...).

Now, I've reached my first crossroads and am unsure what to do next. I've done the first two quests for Eddie at the NCRCR and have pickpocketed the military orders from the NCR Lieutenant. My first recation is to pretend to go along with the NCR assault and then kill them incurring NCR wrath, but becoming acceptable to the Powder Gangers.

Now I realise that the game seems to support the character allying with the NCR so am looking for anybody's experiences in playing pro-Legion characters.

1. Where do I go from here? I would lose quite a few quests as well as unable to get supplies from, for example, Camp McCarran and Mojave Outpost.

2. What about other locations? Would a bad NCR reputation bar me from any other non-NCR places, eg Novac?

I'm playing a legion character right now and i will say that you do lose out on alot of quests. You also lose out on quite a few locations aswell, atlhough you could always get yourself a nice disguise and sneak in, just watch out for guards and dogs.

you can complete the quest on the PG's side by just not killing any NCR and let the power rangers kill the NCR. you may want to go in some cell blocks and then leave it 'cause PGs will follow you outside and there will be more power rangers to kill NCR

That is so funny. I did not even realize he had said that. That just made my day. And for an actual response: Do all of the quest for the NCR (reputation will get bad for legion), then once your finished with that make your way into the strip and get the mark of Caesar so you are good for the legion and can go and help Caesars legion.
