is it probable that obsidian hasnt released anything about HH because PSN got ripped?

Nah, they havent spoken period about it. PSN being down might play a part soon, but eh, to soon to tell.

I read on the psn blog thats parts of PSN should be up and running by wednesday (4th). Not sure if this would include purchases though such as DLC.

I can't see why they would delay the dlc on the PC and 360 because of a problem with PSN.

I don't think Bethesda/Obsidian would hold off releasing the DLC or patches if they were ready, just because PSN (or XBOX Live) crashed. They'd just release the DLC to those platforms when they got back up and running. I think what's holding things up now, is Bethesda/Obsidian trying to fix the save problem from the last patch.

Well it happends.

the Castlevania: lords of shadow DLC was delayed for PS3-users in Europe because of the Xbox version.
