I imported my rocketship model from Blender into the geck. Fine. But when I make a new static and try to drag it to the render window this error comes up

"Models: Root 3D reference for "RocketShip" (02015fc3) is not a fade node. This reference cannot be picked."

And then the usual "yes to all will disable these warnings", blah blah blah..

The model shows up in the render window and "F" grounds it but otherwise I can't move it.

So is there any way I can make the 3D reference a fade node w.e. that is?

Thanks in advance =]

You are not saving the NIF file as a BsFadeNode, which you can easily do now from Belnder using the latest NifScripts. When you go to export the model, make sure you open the export window far-enough to see the options at the far-right (often not visible unless you expand the window). There you will see a "Save as BSFadeNode" option, make sure you have that selected and you should be good to go.
