Problem controller obgev3 in game

Hello everyone I need a big help.
I state that I have read in several posts but have not been able to solve the problem including the official directory of obge

I have problems with the controller obge do a brief summary of the installation.

Oblivion installed with various mods, all via Wrye bash.
Everything works perfectly zero errors. (So obse conscribe etc etc and everything already installed)
The first installation was done with
Obge core 30054
Obge stand alone effect 3-0-0-30054
With its Oblivion graphics extender support.esp
But in game via his obgev2 button (that opens) I did not understand if you turned on or not in the sense that by clicking on the various pages and Schift / ctrl plus click the message in the console on or off etc etc but it does not seem to be applied .
Following favorite or install a controller more intuitive and immediate
Obgev3 simple controller is not the v6 (I also tried the various obge3.1rc4 both core that effect but gave me problems of installation especially the core so I preferred to keep the version of nexus)

And it works better or opens but it works only in part, and the problem seems to persist.
I saw a video where the changes especially on the color are extremely obvious then I am certain that my own does not work.
In the shaders I shaderlist.txt with all my shaders in the folder with = 1 or 0 (when all of the first to see if it worked)

Problems encountered
1) In the game by pressing page up screen shows the list but that shader and bottom of the list in shaderlist es. godryas SSGI SSII SSAO does not appear they appear only 8 but I think I read that it's a matter of bailouts but if I explained the procedure in detail thank you.
2) If I go down the list and try to activate with a right left arrows are not activated except one, the depthofield if I'm not mistaken, however, one that centers the x green so to speak.
With page mode to step down on left to change the values and the values are changed but it works if you do not clearly applies not see the effect.
