Problem: Enabling any AA causes white dotsdiscolorations on

GTX 570, MGEXE

This happens if I enable it in either MGEXE or force it through my driver. Any level of AA causes it. Anyone experience something similar? Is this a Morrowind engine issue?

They almost look like artifacts but I'm pretty sure my graphics card is not artifacting. It looks worse and more dots show up while moving. Very few if any dots on the screen if the objects or camera aren't moving.

Screenshot example. You will see some of the dots on the rope and on the guards arm. Zoom in and they look like tan discolorations. You will probably have to open the picture up in a editor or viewer to be able to zoom in enough.

That's quite bizzare. Are you experiencing similar problems in other applications? I suggest trying MGE 3.8.0b. Also, which version of DirectX are you currently running?

No, it doesn't do it with other games. I'm running Direct X 11. Nvidia driver 280.26

It only appears on some of the textures and objects. Usually on the really thin stuff like a rope or a vine etc. I've heard other people online have this problem in other old games.

Now that I better understand the issue I suppose this is more hardware/software related. I posted it in the Mods section both because I thought it might be mod related and because I figured people with mods would be more likely to have actually used AA.
