Problem at Oblivion's start : IV

Hi all !

Few days ago, I tried to install the mod Deadly Reflex v6, but, I didn't succed, so I uninstall Oblivion, delete de folder and reinstal it.

But the Problem is here, just after the Bethesda Softworks logo, the game crash.

Someone have an idea to help me ?

Go to My Documents/My Games/Oblivion and delete oblivion.ini
