Problem with animated model

Hello
I think this is the right section to post in but I'm not sure, if it's wrong here could someone please move it?

Besides, I got the following Problem:

I have an animated model pump02 from Strotis static machine parts on Nexus, which is basically a retextured Blackwood Pump. I want to use this model as an activator which stands still until it is activated, then it should play the working animation once and stop again.

(the first few seconds of the animation are working, the rest is the machine breaking)

First I thought I could just disable the animation in nifscope, export the model, use two objects and disable/enable them.
But I found no way to disable a animation in Nifscope, at least none I understood...

I know I can switch between animations with scripts, but this model doesn't have a stillstanding animation (except broken), can I just pause/freeze the animation somehow?

Or, can someone tell me in easy expressions how to remove animations in Nifscope?
