I recently started a new Oblivion character. And ran into a problem in the Arena questline. After defeating the second opponent, Owyn's dialogue will not progress past the rewards. This prevents me from being able to complete the questline.

I did some online research and this problem has apparently cropped up before, but no viable solution has been offered.
