Hi

I was playing the Arizona Killer quest, but I went to Hoover Dam before I met Cato Hostilius. Now, inside Hoover Dam, Kimball won't show (so I can complete the quest), but if I leave the area, the quest fails.

I tried using setstage but failed to, I don't know if I used the wrong stage codes or what but it simply doesn't go to a previous state.
