Well when i finish fallout 3, and show up the ending video and "two weeks ago" i wake up in the clinic (yes i can move to anywhere) but elder lyons dont show up, so i search for him in citadel, and... Found he, but he dont give me the quest from broken steel, and the quest take it back is marked unfinished in my pipboy.
and i am with fallout 3 goty edition!

and, the first time i load the broken steel i was on the last quest (take it back) on memorial.
