Whenever I power kick a car, at first it does nothing, THEN the car moves. It gets to be annoying because I figure something is in front of it but when I check it kills me. Please help

it's latency, not much you can do about it, try to optimise your connection by playing wired. And hope to be lucky and have a good host.
