problem with consistent crash in one area : IV

I've been getting pretty consistent crashes between cells 3,6 and 10,6 and am wondering could this have anything to do with Let The People Drink? In those areas I'm also using Lost Spires which adds the Archeology Guild and Artifacts from FCOM which adds the Collectors guild. When ever I go east and pass the Archeology guild then get close to the old bridge and then the double bridge my game will come to a crawl then crash. I know Arthmoor said that LTPD gave issues with VWD. I love using LTPD because of the added water features in the city. But it svcks that I have to use the quest version because tesnexus says there is a problem with just the fountains.
