I was playing yesterday and I was fighting a flame atronack and was unable to draw my sword. This happened to me twice. All can do was jump by pressing Y button. Is this a glitch and can it be fixed? Thanks.

i just had this, sound was out of sync as well, i attacked and a few seconds later heard the grunt.
select your weapon, holster it then unholster it and it comes out, but you have to do it each time you change weapon

This is normal then?
