I've been playing Fallout 3 for a little while now and i'm stuck at the Museum of Technology. I killed everybody, grabbed the stolen loot and found the dish by the lunar lander..The problem is i can't seem to retrieve it when i click on it...I just keep clicking on it and nothing happens!

I don't know what else to do so i've been looking at all these websites to try to figure it out and they all just say...."grab it and go." What am i doing wrong????? Please help. I love the game but i'm getting frustrated by this BIGTIME..

You need to activate it, like opening a door or adding loot to your inventory.

If that fails, then reload a save from before you entered that section of the Museum of Technology.

Ok Thanks, Ive tried that I think. I've 'activated' the lander then tried to activate the dish itself right after and nothing. I'll try it again. If not ill look into going back to a recent save....

Ok, think I may have found the issue. Have you updated your copy of Fallout 3 to the latest patch? 1.0 (unpatched version) has an issue with the dish sometimes where you can't take it or, if you can, can't hook it up to the Washington monument.

If you've got FO3 straight out of the packaging without the DLCs or as part of the GOTY, you should try to get the latest patch for it.
