I'm sure this is a bug, big surprise. At the end of How little we know, if you played it against the family and freed the arms dealer, you're supposed to be able to tell mick that they are buying his weapons again. I finished all the quest, got him freed, now I can't tell Mick that they are dealing again. I read some of the things on the wiki, and the official guide says you're supposed to talk to Troike again after the quest to get the trading back goin again. The problem is that I can't find Troike ANYWHERE after he's freed, AND, there's no other dialogue about any of it with Mick, as in you can't tell him what was going on.

If anyone has any suggestions aside from wait for the patch, I'm all ears
