Using the Cowboy Repeater i'm encountering some weird issues where I can't fire, zoom in, use VATS, or toggle my pipboy after reloading the gun. It doesn't freeze up on me, but prevents me from doing anything else including opening doors and the like. After testing it seems to be isolated to the reloading mechanisms where it thinks the gun is still reloading, but it completed the animation already. Maybe an added 4-5 seconds possibly longer in the reload function/coding of the game not sure.

I get this issue aswell. Cant fire for 4 secconds after reloading either Cowboy Repeater or Hunting Shotgun.. rather annoying.
