I can't levitate up when I cast the levitation spell. when I cast the spell I hover above the ground like I did when I touched the shrine at Vivec. I did finish the pilgrimage if that's any help. I need to levitate up at the Tel Fyre to get cured.

I could levitate up before the shrine at Vivec. I'm talking about the Shrine to Stop the Moon.

I'd appreciate any help.

I think this bug is related to use of God mode? It's something slightly unpredictable like that - I've dealt with this before but can't quite remember. Try turning off god mode and then recasting the spell.

Have you been using God Mode? (TGM in the console)
It can mess with Levitation at times.

Make sure God Mode is off, then try player->RemoveEffects, 10 (which will remove any Levitation from you)

That should then reset Levitation to act correctly, if you have the problem that I have seen before.
