Problem with Leyawiin Reborn

Hello -

I'm trying to install Open Cities Classic with Leyawiin Reborn and I keep getting what looks like the new Leyawiin set on top of the old Leyawiin. Basically I've got tips of rooftops, chimmeys, etc, sticking up all over the ground. Houses in the river, etc. All the other cities look and work great. It's like I've got 2 leyawiins installed, one right on top of the other one.

I don't have very many mods installed and I can't figure out where the conflict might be. Very frustrating. Here's my load order (Set with BOSS):

Any ideas? I've seen a few other people post on TESNexus with the exact same problem I'm having, but haven't found a solution. I have waited in game 24 hours, walked to Leyawiin, etc... no luck.

Try disabling Illumination WIthin and see if that fixes it.

Also wonder about ImpeREAL Empire and whether that could be it.

I already tried disabling Illumination Within and both the ImpeREAL things. Didn't make any difference.

This is not compatible with Open Cities. It is especially messy with Leyawiin because it adds extra houses and stuff to the city along with the lights.
