Problem with load door collision moving on use

I've been getting a weird problem in http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1461724-wip-clockwork-thread-02/ for a while; often when I go through a load door to another cell (one interior to another), the collision for the door seems to jump out in front of the door, roughly to where I'm standing when I activate it. Possibly to where the Door Marker is, but that might just be a coincidence.

It nudges my character away as the scene fades to loading the other cell, and if I go back through the door again, I find the invisible collision for the door is now blocking my way; I need to go around it. It really does seem like the collision has moved, because on top of that I can now walk right through the (ostensibly closed) door and go outside of the playable area.

This is using the 'SSingleDoorInt01Load' door from the Solitude set - and the interior cells in question are all navmeshed, though I don't know if that's relevant.

Has anyone else seen anything like this?
