Could someone help me? I have a weird issue with MGE XE, here's the pics:

Does anybody know what causes this? I see it from time to time while being outside or inside interiors with water (water shaders not working properly, or something?). How to fix it? I tried to turn off all water enhancements (reflections, waves, et cetera) and I still see it
