Problem with Mothership Zetta. : Fallout 3

Hello guys and gals.

So, I was trying to complete this DLC today and got stucked.
Quest objective says: Reach the engineering core of the ship.
I get there, but nothing happens. Also the little girl is simply sitting in a chair and doing nothing. Whenever I talk to her, she just says: Over here, Hurry up etc.
I guess I must note, that I TGM allmsot all the game, since my goal is not to complete it, but explore some things I did not in first run-trough of the game.
I hope you are able to point what has happened and a solution for it.

Go toward the Cryo Lab (don't enter the closed door yet) and unthaw the people stuck in the tubes. Search the astronaut and take his spacesuit. Sally should come in there and talk to you.

Wherever I gone and did, it still stayed glitched.
I loaded the game without this DLC, thus getting away from the glitched space station.
