I'm having a problem with Nevada Skies, I get no radstorms/sandstorms or rain. I can turn on rain using the cheat mode but neither the rain or storms appear naturally in the cycles. In the in-game settings I have set for sandstorms to appear every few days yet nothing has happened so far (I have played probably a few weeks worth of in-game time). The mod is last in my load order and I'm not running any mods that I think are incompatible.

Any idea what is wrong and how to fix it?
