I have a little problem with the region generator

I have followed this tutorial http://www.darkcreations.org/beyond-skyrim/wiki/index.php/Region_Generation but when i try to press generate in my dummy region, this happens: https://e91b3460-a-62cb3a1a-s-sites.googlegroups.com/site/awiaoblivion/bugs/Bug%20with%20region%20generation.png?attachauth=ANoY7cqRlBa7a4wzgOJN3Ifj7TzPGp5UCYdohJHJcPwsHxgg0bgaDxIjmieIMpomF_tjrPqqjCQ2IgOblVJxH12V3VkYua56UtoUQZ7u3ZaqW7ifVS8YREgh5Bee6emygBd9Mr4Zdn4GMwMqNsqMAX_F3yEL-w6Df2OKzAHbXRFkZy4UokUNDeUVMx8Y1TQ8BX1zQYeemxabNxCXgH8LhCWKA1lxHCUwYgjSTObVcyhY_Kn8fwxeoW8f-6_YWq8S_v_K9yzO1mP-&attredirects=0 (sry for the large image)
As you perhaps can see, the region generator only generates objects for the blending areas not for the areas only covered by 1 preset region. Secondly the objects which are generated is only the objects of one of the preset regions.
Further more, the border of the blending areas still have a texture difference line like this https://e91b3460-a-62cb3a1a-s-sites.googlegroups.com/site/awiaoblivion/bugs/Texture%20blending%20line%20bug.png?attachauth=ANoY7cqbGeT7bbzG2yxuB9Lwo5DJS7om7XdhBvXZZEnlEIFqqnU68AlAOlj6wU6VsVhB7HQ8dT3eW_DkVxCIwg98enxN9-3xlI311QgSp2muKN4YOOlp8enhOumETWgBbi_2cXwQJEaH69XDSTLnB8sMIEmBAtBfx3I8fmE6rfEBV3ZwDJtChy2MV3-hFlG1im9L1RazFGQweTbdSyQy9X2C65F-P_c3w4bm1U0gnUGLsSCThhQOkm4%3D&attredirects=0
How can this be?
Bonus question:
To make sure that i don't get the very ugly borders between textures when they go out of bounds (like height and so on) I have in each one of my regions a dummy texture set with all the textures in the region which have a very low density, you can see it on this link (https://e91b3460-a-62cb3a1a-s-sites.googlegroups.com/site/awiaoblivion/bugs/Texture%20with%20low%20density.png?attachauth=ANoY7covXrYsMbsAmq3L4Gxg_ExDpO-GhC6jIn6zd-jS1EAUS97kKjjsBoNUEx3jvEoBXPjk71M16iQc5mQBw9wGnfjehW0cB5oeBkPL1Q9cZKVet0I_7ioNTc-FUf79Fm170dQxWgxD5XHY2QtoML7YQYR_DL6vmSZedJXUGni2oeM0O8zD5E7A3QVfc5df9LMaMHEeNcY0BGXHYAmg6WUPxU__Jo6l3qeSjxpeon6sfbu2Q3VV42c%3D&attredirects=0).
This creates a problem. The top texture, in this case LPineForest03, gets drawed on all cells 100% and on any slope (0-90) even though its density is only 0.1 and that the "real" texture with higher density has other settings. The rest of the textures get drew on top of that, and if they have a density of for example 30, then the land will have a 70% dummy texture(LPineForest03) and 30% "real" texture. I fix this by setting the density to approx 85 so that the top texture gets 15% and the real gets 85%.
Everything was fine until I tried to generate areas with blending regions, because these areas would then have one of the regions texture at 85% and the other at 15%. Do you guys know any fix to this?
I hope I have made myself clear but I find it a bit hard to explain, especially because I don't really know whats going on :s. Please write if you need to have something explained more thoroughly
Thanks in advance for the answers

Bonus Info:
I have previously generated a region in the wrong way which happens to be a border region to both of the regions which my dummy cell covers (You can see that region in the first picture I link to, it is the green one at the top of the others). I did so because I didn't know about the bugs. I would be very sad if I had to delete that regions objects because I have already manually edited a lot in that area and added settlements and so on.
Secondly I have my trees and rocks placed "rooted" under my textures.
