I've noticed that on PC, that when I tap the shout button, it still belts out the entire shout. I have to tap really briefly just to only use two of the words, and getting only one word out is next to impossible. I'm using a controller, if it helps. Logitech F710.

There's also a huge delay in between when Khajiit males shout Wuld and Na Kest. Can anyone point me to a mod that fixes that?

Are you using mods?

Make sure your drivers are up to date.

Yes, I'm using mods, but I believe I remember having the same problem when I played without mods. Don't hold me to that, though, it was a long time ago.

I can't seem to find any drivers online, so I guess they don't update the drivers on these.

Slightly better with keyboard, a really short tap will produce level 1 slightly less than half of the time, but not on the level of finesse I use to have when I played it on PS3. It was quite lax when I played it on PS3.

I would check your mods and also check for potential background stuff.

Does the controller come with any turbo functions?

Try unchecking all your mods to see if it improves. Don't overwrite any saves while doing this.

Don't load auto saves either. Rename the scripts folder in the data folder to make sure nothing runs them.

Try a new character as well with your mods unchecked.

The F710 does not have a turbo button built in.

EDIT: There is no way to update drivers using the software AFAIK. Logitech doesn't seem to update drivers.

EDIT 2: Yeah, appears to be a mod. Will see if removing the shout mods works.

Also, the Khajiit Whirlwind Sprint thing I KNOW is not mod based, I'm sure it's a problem with the coding (I think my very first character was a Khajiit), so could you point me to a mod that fixes that?

IDK about the khajiit shout. I've never been one before.

Try a new game with mods disabled and scripts folder renamed.

Whirlwind Sprint's sound lag is a well-known bug. If anyone solves it, the Unofficial Patch Project team would really like to know how.
