He's very useful but lacking some quick adjustments like for instance he picks up the resources but none of the dwellers finished atribrutes. it's a needed fix cause of the time that gets wasted when they could've kept going on upgrading that's specific part of your specials for you dwellers and thanks if you take the time to do so. Please it's very needed!!!

This is so you log in to level them / increase their stats.

Otherwise it would be too powerful.
