Good to hear. For any future disposition matter, I usually persuade them as high as I can, then bribe, and then charm. The weapon drawn "exploit" Gpstr was mentioning, involves having your weapon drawn before you talk to someone. With you weapon drawn, it lowers their disposition toward you by 10 pts. So if you've already persuaded someone to the max of your speechcraft skill, exit dialogue with them, pull out your weapon, enter dialogue again and you'll notice that their disposition went down 10 pts. Just persuade them back up for those 10 pts again, exit dialogue, put away the weapon and enter dialogue again. You'll notice that their disposition went up higher than when you first persuaded them without having your weapon drawn.
BTW, to really lay on the charm you can stack charm spells of different names. Don't forget to factor in spell efficiency when wearing armor.
Edit: Removed the spoiler tags. Didn't realize this was no longer in the Oblivion General discussion forum.
