You want to make the game stay on one screen? Or do you actually want it on three screens but at 5870x1080?

Fallout 4 doesn't support multiple screens or ultra widescreen so you'll have to set manually set the resolution in the fallout4prefs.ini in Documents\My Games\Fallout4.


Most likely you'll also have to run the game I'm borderless windowed mode.
