when i try to drag a mod that i downloaded off of new vegas nexus and try to drop it in the data folder it wont load. i use winrar and i have no idea wtf the problem is. i have never had this problem before now. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Am having the same issue, but with some mods, not all.
Could it be some of the recent patches buggering them up or some such?

Why not just use FOMM?

Anyway this should go get moved into the mods section.

Create a new folder on your deskop.
Extract content into that folder.
Drag that content to the New Vegas Data folder.

...

Or just use FOMM.
