so i just downloaded crysis 2 off of steam. when I first started the game it opened in a windowed mode but the settings said full screen. after changing resolution the screen did go full but then the mouse is wildly out of sync, needing me to point far down and right to click any buttons. this happens in every resolution that ive been able to try but I cant try many because I cant hit the "accept" button with the mouse out of sync.

ive searched for an answer but i only found this problem for the early version of crysis 1 and the solution didnt work. the only abnormal thing about my PC is that one DIMM died on me. the other DIMM seems to be running fine so far, once the offending DIMM was removed. Maybe there is a minor problem with the second DIMM? any ideas for me?

and i did try redownloading the game.
