Problems? : Fallout: New Vegas

I've had Fallout:New Vegas for about 2 weeks...and never have taken it out of my xbox...and randomly it just freezes but it has no scratches....Ideas?

yea it freezed alot when i got it too. but i think if you dont play it for a while it cools of and stops alot of freezing. so dont worry it will wear off.

Clear cache periodically (I typically do this before I start the game)

No i know cause when it started freezing up I take it out and there are always no scratches
