Hi guys/gals

I retrived the "Automatic Surgical Unit" from vault 34. However when I go to the Caesar's tent to install it into the Auto-Doc nothing seems to come up? Can someone please tell me how I can install it in the auto-doc?

Do you have a doctors bag as well? you need both.

Yeah I bought a doctors bag from Dr Usanagi but I still can't seem to be able to interact with the auto-doc. This is so fustrating. Any suggestions guys

If your med skill is high enough, you can buy "surgical tools" from Usanagi to do the surgery yourself.

I went this route, and you need 75 Medicine to do the surgery yourself in addition to the Doctor's Bag and Surgical Tools. To do this you 'talk' to Caesar as he's lying on the bed, and while I have not tried the Autodoc route you might have to do the same thing, even though you would normally interact with the machine itself.
