Hi, guys and girls, how are you doing?

Im having many problems with my account, when I was prompted to set a new password the system created a new user for my email (drfelip1), but I can't access the forums neither with my old username (drfelip) nor with the new one (drfelip1), it keeps saying that something went wrong...

Any ideas?

I followed through the steps suggested and it's working properly. All I did that clicked the "Forget your password?" button, after this I received an e-mail, had a link in it, which allowed me to login to my account for a limited time, then I just changed my password (note, you need a mix of lower, upper case letters and numbers) and here I am with my old account.

me too bro, I click on ''Forgot password?'' but I dont receive any link to reset password..

Checked spam by the way?
I clicked the button and received the e-mail in no time at all (Outlook).

yepp spam filter is offline btw I received email 10days ago from Crytek about dat ''website offline'' there is problem between crytek's databases synchronization.

I got the link, the system created an username with my email address and complained it was too long but I couldn't change it, on next login it had automaticaly created the new drfelip1 account... Something weird seems to have happened to my account.
