Problems with forum

Post » Wed Mar 30, 2011 3:38 pm

Sorry, I know this is probably not the right place, but I didn't know where else to ask so if a Moderator wants to move it that's fine.

That being said, I've recently been experiencing problems on this forum, like the width of posts changing slightly when scrolling over buttons like "reply". Or multiquote not working like it did before (I click multiquote and it takes me right to the reply window instead of allowing me to select other quotes, you know, the multi part). And sometimes clicking on the page number of a thread not working so if I want to see what new replies are on page 4 I can't go straight to it, I have to open the thread then go to it. Only happens occasoinally.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? I did recently update to IE9, yeah, I know I probably shouldn't have, but I did. Could this be the problem? Is there something I can do to fix this? It's really getting annoying.

P.S. I've also, even before this, had problems with quoting if the post I am quoting is too long to fit in the reply window and you have to scroll down to type your reply it jumps around alot (scrolling up and down on it's own). Does this happen to others?

Anyway, again, sorry to put this here in this forum, but I wasn't sure where else to ask.

Thanks

I've experienned the same with Multiqoute and clicking the tab at the top left where I usually get a menu it sends me to my profile page.

You have I.E 9 don't you.

its part of the cause.

I think you could / should pm a Mod / Admin (just learned myself that this is possible / welcome).

Have you tried installing Firefox (www.getfirefox.com) or Chrome (www.google.com/chrome)? It's probably browser related.
