but my game still won't start up

I'm using everything except project beauty

for some reason I still get a compatibilty plug in for beauty when I dl marts mutant mod
I uncheck it
or it might come from the compatibilty patch for the mmm & fwe

& when I do try & install beauty
it says its installed
but no esm of it in my plug ins
nothing at all

I believe the foip is the reason my game won't start but I have that plug in where they said it should be:/
it does not crash it gets to the main menu but with no options just the background
