I just re-installed everything on Oblivion but then I saw a couple problems. Main thing as that certain NPCs either didn't have legs, chests, or their hands and legs were purple. Not all NPCs did this, only certain ones. Specifically, ones wearing regular clothing. This is my mod list(all mods activated) in the load order I have it in. Please help and thanks in advance.

P.S. It's probably a missing texture and if you can point all the mods that might do this, I'd appreciate it.

I had a similar problem until I upgraded to Robert's male v5
also, I noticed you have Ren's Beauty, do you also have cobl cosmetics installed? if so you don't need Ren's since it is included in the cobl cosmetics

Did you install the resources for Race Balancing Project? The mod has two parts, one part is the esp/esm's and another is the meshes and textures.
If you have not started a new character, you may not need Ren's Beauty Pack. Mystic Elves are included in Race Balancing Project as "Hidden Elves"
