Not even visited in the browser during download. This was the first time, then I clicked "cansel" and launched the "Launcher"again. Well, for the second time the same thing, get stuck on 99%. Waiting for half an hour already, nothing changes)

Idk what antivirus-software you have. I have Norton antivirus, and this checks automatically every downloaded file....which can last a long time and causes (in my case) firefox to freeze temporarily.

You're not missing much - it downloaded for me but could not find the installation and prompted me to re-install.

Read through the other v1.1 patch thread and eventually got it to work by copy the patch into the Crytek\crysis 2\bin32 folder .
TIP : On the UAC screen, click details to see where it has downloaded the patch, it's called "Crysis_2_final_1.2h2_Patch.exe"

About to give the game a try, let's see if it's fixed the flickering.....
