Problems?..Yeah...

1. My get up animation for player and npc's is screwed up
The player get up animation plays very quickly so the player finds him self in a gymnastic position when getting up...
The npc's well most of them i think do the crawl out of bedroll with roof animation for get up...
2. My speed is constantly drained or damaged however i dont see any effects of moving slower.. right now speed is on -27 how can i fix this, oh and btw like i said drain or damaged it shows as red numbers
3. Well im not rly sure about this one but when night falls ( i have darker nights ) i stumbled upon a hill not far from Kvatch ( NW ) when i got up the hill it suddenly became very darker i could barely see anything... later that faithful night i was looking for a kvatch wood elf camp to sleep at ( its from OOO ) and when i got close to the camp the strange dark darkness appeared yet again while i was being attacked by a group of marauders, luckly the wood elves were still there and they killed those marauders...

Your Combat Archery is well out of date, you should update that. Make sure you read the readme.

Frans has a reduced backwards running speed feature and so does Combat Archery. You should disable one of them

Somebody mentioned a darkness bug with Ambient Dungeons the other day.

Forgot to mention that a female dark elf assassin who is a high level wasnt able to decide to shoot me or to cast a spell at me i guess i will remove the problem by removing combat archer thanks for the help

A darkness bug? Well did i mention that this apppeared outside? :S Is it possible?

You can disable the Reduced backwards running in either Frans or Combat Archery without removing either mod. I wouldn't give up combat archery.

For Combat Archery, just turn it off in the INI.

And the report the other day about Ambient Dungeons did occur outside as well.

Yes, there is a thread. You just need to open up your AmbientDungeons.ini and turn off or alter the forest effect, that's what's causing it.

Also i deactivated combat archery backwards movement drain and now my speed is at 0 and still drained

I'm pretty sure it's mentioned in the readme, and probably the ini too. I'm pretty sure the effect being labelled as the thing that happens in forests pretty much explains where it happens, and as for what it does, there's only one thing (well, 3, but it's the same area) Ambient Dungeons does do...

Also, haven't I answered this question from you already in another similar thread?

Does the UOP stat restore option fix your speed? "startquest uop" in the console.

UOP solved the speed error and hopefully those dark effects wont appear in the forests however i still need to fix my get up animation can anyone help me with that?

Get TES4Edit, learn to use it enough to find out what is altering your get up animations.

Or maybe post a video of the problem and see if anyone recognized the issue.

Doesn't run at all? Do you have DirectX 9 installed as listed on the TESNexus download page?

Does it not load your mods properly? What error is it giving?

And why would you need a FormID or EditorID?

launching tes4edit 2.5.3
there is a form ID space , a editor ID space those ID's are the ones you can see in the construction set
fatal error: could not open registry ( the place where you store all your saved stuff in C its called a register you know what that is? ) the game has to be registered somewhere but im afraid my game isnt because i reinstalled my windows recently and that caused my game to malfunction when it comes to activating some exe files

Honestly. Time to fix your Oblivion install before you work on the mods.

I'd do a reinstall, but if you haven't preserved your mods as OMODs or BAIN files, you can also look through the forums for correct registry entries to merge.

Without TES4Edit (which doesn't need those FormID or EditorID information, btw...that's a search tool, but the tree can be looked through manually) I don't see how you are going to fix your issues.

You could post a video of your problem, and see if someone recognizes the exact issue.
