product activation

hi. i buy my crysis 2 and when i installed my product activation code which is written in the front of the dvd say
"The serial number you entered is invalid. contac customer support for more information" what can i do to solve this..? thank

Written on the front of the DVD? the code should be on the back of the game manual at the top.
