Hello, I recently purchased a game key for Fallout over G2A.com, went to enter the key on steam, and it said it was already used. Is there any possibility I can receive a new key? I spent a well amount of money on this and will be disappointed if it does not work out.

Contact the G2A support. They sold the key, they are the ones in responsability.

Bethesda themself won't do anything, except forwarding you to the G2A support line....if they are nice .
