From what I saw there are profile managers that manage only the save game folder end eventually the settings. But...

Is there any profile manager that switches saves, load orders and the whole data folder in the Skyrim game?

Basically I want to keep a working-modding profile and a playing profile where even my own mods are just esp+bsa in the data folder, not that much interested in multiple characters profiles. It should work with mod managers meaning that if you load a clean data folder then it shouldn't wipe your load order when switching back. If no such manager exists, how you guys do this?

I suggest Mod Organizer. Grated, this is a tool for installation of mods, but it also has profiling - and due to the nature of MO, your Data Folder actually does not cluttered at all. Well, have a look and decide, maybe it is to much for your goal...

Looking over MO already. Yet I can't figure out how it works if I also make mods, not just install.
