Program won't start

Well, simple problem...when I try to start the game, the screen goes black for a moment as if it's going to load up, and then it drops me right back to the desktop. No sounds, no error messages, nothing. This is a fresh install on a computer that hasn't run it before; before I installed any mods, I started a new game just to test and verify that it was running and would perform and all that. It worked fine then, so I assume this issue is mod-related. Wrye Bash isn't announcing anything, but I'm no expert with it. My mod list is as follows:

Any help would be appreciated. This is the first time I've used/modded Oblivion in years, and the last time I didn't do anything too advanced, so I'm sure it's something obvious and stupid.

those parts with the missing masters, there's your answer.

plus, use BOSS to sort your load order.

That got it, thanks. Guess I figured that since they weren't selected to load they could be ignored. That'll teach me to set up FCOM at 4 in the morning.
