Project Beauty Hd gives an immediate CTD : Fallout 3

I get an immediate CTD when I enable this mod in mod manager. I use archiveinvalidation invalidated. Is there some specific load order required? I use the order boss gives me which is:

I don't recognize this, are you sure you need it?
