Do we have possible V13 concept art ?

Specifically

The artist made claims of being approached by folks at Interplay for this artwork, and while it may not be official for V13 I feel it does perhaps give an insight into the possible artistic direction that game may take.

http://calebcleveland.blogspot.com/ as well.

I especially think his T51c power armor is nifty and definitely less 'high tech' looking than the T51b.

I have to agree, I prefer the T51b.

But the first one looks suspiciously like a version of the standard Brotherhood of Steel power armor in Fallout 3 redesigned to look even less advanced to me, so I'm guessing it's not official concept art for any game, it might be something the artist proposed to offer as concept art to the named game designer, but the design for the first one is probably too close to Bethesda's vision of power armor to be used in someone else's game, even if it's also Fallout.
