[WIP] Projectile Hilarity

I'm working on a modest collection of new and altered vanilla ammo types. Among them...

Coins coins, everywhere: Coin shot now spews coins everywhere on impact. Pick 'em back up and recycle the ones that survived being blasted out of a shotgun! I've also tweeked it so it doesn't alter the number of projectiles on the Ammo form (it shot 8, standard scatter is 7), so now you can shoot 14 coins out of the sawed-off as well. :) Alas, my original plan of slowing the projectiles down and disabling Hitscan so you can see them ran afoul of the "no projectile base damage" bug involved in explosions (fake invisible explosions are involved, advanced modders will know what I'm talking about). Those with modding know-how would surmise that I'd be causing massive savegame bloat generating so many objects with PlaceAtMe (especially if one goes to town with them in the riot shottie). To solve that problem, I've built in a self-cleaning routine that will dispose of all coins on cell reset. So grab 'em or lose 'em.

Actually Incendiary .50MGs: The .50MG Incendiary rounds now actually explode in a conflaguratory manner when they hit. The ignition of targets now occurs on an explosion level instead of by the projectile, and now actually has an amount of flame damage worth the effort of buying them.

Ssssh, I'm doing wetwork: Weapons that have a silencer mod in them have a bit of an immersion-breaker: they still have muzzle flashes, and the projectile still is not silent. There will now be "subsonic" variations of all projectiles. Damage will be lessened, but so will wear on the gun, and you'll also be rid of the muzzle flash and light and projectile alerting everyone it whizzes by.

Not too close for comfort with these: Back when the M79 was the grenadier's weapon of choice in Real Life, someone proposed a backup munition for close-quarters engagements; a 40mm buckshot shell that essentially turned the thumper gun into a big bore shotgun. However, the M203 underslung grenade launcher came around and made the M79 obsolete since the grenadier could now be a normal rifleman as well. However, since the M203 doesn't exist in Fallout and the Thumper does.... :) This one is somewhat problematic currently, so it may not make it in. We'll see.

I may add more if I conjure them up.

This is great. If anything coin shot will be worth using to see money flying everywhere.
