got my copy today logged in and it said promotion code was not found, please fix ASAP

I put in the password and got a confirming email...the code read only 3 icons, one was a ","...seriously? This is sad, and I had high hopes for this release and I know you guys are working on it, but his should have been done weeks ago. Due to this "setback" a lot of people are going to stay away from multiplayer, and concentrate on single-player, which isn't bad in the slightest from my stand point, but to you guys, it's like you've let us all down...

it required me to create a new account for some reason my other one wouldnt let me redeem the code is there any way to change my nickname to my original one (since my original nickname was taken by my original account which didnt let me use the code)

its an option under the gamesas button in the multiplayer menu in-game

that should bring you to the correct page

I'm in same boat as everyone else - had to create a new userid just to be able to post in the forums - and my promo code isn't be accepted. I've sent emails into Support, but have little hope for a reply based on the lack of usable info on these forums - but wanted to post her on the off chance someone could fix things.

Hmmm....enter the promo code its accepted but in the MP in game there's nothing there, nothing empty cuz gives me an error...so I pressume is not FIXED yet?

So its saying my code is currently in use, haven't had a chance to play a single multiplayer match since I bought the game.

STILL not working for me. It's accepted the code on the site, it even shows it in my Purchase History as purchased 3/22/11. I received the email, but no luck in game.

Mine is screwed up too :\ Everytime I get into a game I play a few rounds then my level resets. and I still have not recieved LE stuff... So I'm stuck at level 1 :'(. At least I'm playing in 3d tho. muahaha

I was having the same issue as everyone else. I entered the code it took it but there was nothing on my account in game. I have looked every where for a response then I noticed something my name on mycrisis.com is my email, and for some reason in game my name is just my screen name. I logged out of the game and logged back in typing my full email and as soon as I did all my stuff from pre-ordered started popping up to tell me I had gotten it.
I only made one account but for some reason I have 2 accounts so I suggest everyone check your details on the site against your in game details. Hope this helps!

It still won't take my code. I've tried every solution I've come across, but none of them work.

I was able to redeem mine successfully. I was already rank 9, and it increased me to rank 10.

This happened to me as well. But I was a retard for not figuring this out.

IF YOU USED A CERTAIN EMAIL AND PASSWORD TO LOGIN INTO gamesas.COM/LIMITEDEDITON AND THE REDEEM CODE ACTIVATED BUT "NOTHING HAPPENED" PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU'RE USING THE SAME EMAIL/PASSWORD TO LOGIN INTO THE GAME SO YOUR STUFF CAN BE THERE.

I was using a different email on the website on which I activated it on and in game.

Its all working for me now.

I don't know if this is true, but I feel like all of you haven't actually **** read the limited edition ****.. It says that it grants you BONUS XP to boost you to level five.. It doesn't say it's going to make you a level five.. So if you are a level **** 20 or something, you'll just get the extra XP added on to whatever level you already are.
