I don't know if this is true, but I feel like all of you haven't actually **** read the limited edition ****.. It says that it grants you BONUS XP to boost you to level five.. It doesn't say it's going to make you a level five.. So if you are a level **** 20 or something, you'll just get the extra XP added on to whatever level you already are.

and i quote, from the LE pamphlet that game with the game "BONUS XP - bonus xp awards additional experience points that immediately boost the player up to rank 5, giving access to preset class loadouts in multiplayer"

the word immediately sorta implies it "makes" you level 5

YEah i got the email too, but no content in game.... im already at level 13. so the only thing that can still interest me in the LE is the scar skin...

so i decided to make a new account, instead of using the account that was apparently carried over from the MP demo. Upon signing in with the new screen name (same email that i was already using with my demo account) i was given the bonus items and experience. i now want my new account to have my old screen name

Still getting the same response. Deleted cookies, logged in with e-mail, used dashes, no dashes, ect. "Promo not found". Hope a fix is on its way fast!

Same here! Why were we offered "Limited Edition" perks if we can't get them??

i did the pre sale code and it worked . But i dont see anything when i log into multiplayer like the items or whatever

Having the exact same problem.

Managed to redeem the code to this account, logged into the game, fiddled with the gamekey for multiplayer, and got very dissapointed once I got in and saw that I was still level 1.

I have the same problem. I redeem the code. I read a message that operation was a sucess. I recived a mail telling me of the redeem of the code... but i am still level 1.

I got news for you Cry-Tom..the whole redeem thing is broken and still is...and btw ppl can't even log into the MP...how about fixing it before people atstart looking for refunds...I will be if this isn't fixed by, I dunno, Saturday morning my time...

I was able to enter the code successfully and I even received an email informing me that my code has been redeemed but when I log into the game I don't have any of the limited edition unlocks.

When I try to enter the code again, it says "You already own the promotional items for this code."

Hi @ll out there,

I've recieved my Nano Edition today. And I must announce that everthing works fine.
First I Logged in at "gamesas.com" and typed the Promo-Code successfully in.
Then installed the Game - automatically patched to 1.1.0.0
Then started the Multiplayer logged in with my Gamespy Account - typed in my Serial-Number and everything works just like should.
The unlocked Bonus was the first thing that appears - accepting that

That was it!

I've done what was sugessted but it won't let me login with the e-mail I used with this account. There for I can not get the content. Cry-Tom I think you need to crack a whip on a few sys admins about these user/pass issues

I like the game but this is flat out stupid... I would rather had a delayed launch then a broken one. I unfortunately agree with this statement. If this isn't fixed in the next couple of days I will be asking for a refund.

i've entered the code and then even go to the purchase history which shows Crysis 2 Limited Edition Bonus Unlock 03/24/2011 with the licenses after this which i wont post for reasons, yet when i open my game there is nothing showing the limited edition pack being applied and im still level 1 in multiplayer, i was just wondering if this is saying it has gone through or not? and if not can use try and figure out a way to fix it or give out new codes.... ty

Followed the instructions. Followed suggestions shared in the forums. The only thing that works was the one time sign in using only small letters.
My LE did not turn up in multiplayer, now I am lvl4. When I reach lvl5, what use will the LE be? I did not recieve any scar hologram decoy, what digital camouflage assualt rifle, what is the unique platinum dog tag like? Bonus XP?
Still I love this game, but I hope something can be done to compensate my LE.

I am sure you know how it feels to be disappointed, but thank you for the game.

I had no issues entering my code.....
Well um...so no content came down the wire...got a confirm email to an email account not even remotely
linked to gamesas OR gamespy (WTF) can't use a gamesas acount to login so im using gamespy which works.
then to top it off my LE code that i COULD see on the redeem screen is now gone and i can't use the code again......It's like someone gave me a rubiks cube and repalced the colored squares with the word FAIL....
then charged me $89 bux just to hold it.....

Follow the instructions in the original post of this thread and that should fix it.
