then I go to the game online and I'm still lvl 1, I told myself I had to play online but nothing did and I am passing lvl 2 and J stop after I did like your site but nothing changes. if you can help me please.

I reedem my code and the site say′s "got it", but if i start the game, nothing happens?

My problem is that I had an account where the email address was the login, and as a result I can't get into the multiplayer. Logging in with that account works on the main page, but I cannot access the UCP or forums with it. I do have an account, this one here that I'm posting with, which gets online, but the LE key was used on the former account without my knowing of the issue yet, so I have what is basically a wasted LE key unless the situation gets rectified. They may even somehow be the same account, but I don't know/remember.

So it is an immediate boost to lvl 5.

No kidding, that's because they are assuming the code was going to work flawlessly and you would start as a level **** ZERO. If you actually played the game and earned xp, it would just add the amount of xp you would've originally gotten from entering at an earlier date. READ WHAT IT SAYS:

maybe if it helps: use without capital letters it worked for me

I had issues with logging in with my original account here, and my CE stuff, but then all i did was start a new account and then the CE code worked to. I just had to make a new account with my 2nd email instead of my main email (because that email was used for my first crymod account).

I know it svcks makgin a new account, but give it a try! CE stuff worked and multiplayer has been working great since then to.

I have been having trouble also accessing my LE content. Then i read that you needed to log-in game using your Gamespy ID. I tried this and it worked i got my bonus unlocks. It's not on the gamesas account though.

my code isnt being recognized either. confirmation when i should try again would be great.

I can log into gamesas with not much of a problem, but when i type in the LE redeem code and enter it says im not logged in, WHILE im logged in. This whole redeem thing is too problematic for me to even care much anymore, but if you guys could get it resolved it woud be greatly appreciated, thanks!

In case u have the prob of using the LE on gamesas and not seeing it on MP, it might be the same prob I have. Due to the intial request on gamesas to use your email to login to add the codes, and the game to login using your nick instead of email, the nick and the email account used for the codes are not the same. So you would not see the codes on your nicks account. Attempting to create a new account with the email seems to not allow you to log into MP with the new nick, so you still cannot use the LE codes.... I have sent an email to both EA and gamesas about 3 days back, but still no reply. You might want to check if you have the same problems as mine, and send emails to EA to combine the email used on the codes and the nick for MP.

Seems i may have gotten lucky (touch wood), i've had no issues at all so far, redeemed my code while downloading of D2D, went ingame did the login thing to save my key (login to MP go to SP then login to MP again) and it messaged me about my unlocks, had a game then quit out to windows then started up again and all was still there.

Hopefully it will stay like this (hopefully ).

I'm still having the same problem as some people, the limited edtion redeem page won't recognise im logged in when I actually am logged in. It just says "You need to log in to view this page. Please use the “Sign In” button on the top right corner to log in." I don't think I'll bother with the redeem LE thing anymore, i've already started playing multiplayer cause I couldnt wait to play it.
