Am I the only one getting this "invalid email or password" error? I can't even reach where I am supposed to enter the code.

it said my promo code was a success, and i got a confirmation email. but where is the download?

Up and WORKING! Thanks for the fix! Also, for it to work, make sure to log out of your profile in game and re log back in and it should show up!!

I just used CCleaner to wipe my cookies and history from firefox 3.6 and then pur in my LE Code, it said it was successful, so it worked for me.

1. Make sure you put in the dashes xxxx-xxxx-xxxx or if using STEAM use the "Copy to Clipboard" feature on your keys
2. If using the Steam Feature make sure that it is for the LE Bundle not the game key code
3. If still not successful use a program like CCleaner to wipe your Cookies out for you as it is easier than manually deleting and can be more thorough

Doing all this allowed me success, hopefully it will work for you too. Now to see if the multplayer key code error has been fixed

Fixes ain't working because it keeps giving me the invalid email and password BS.

I'd love to at least be able to enter the code once...

It doesn't do anything at all for me. I put in the code, tells me to log in with E-mail while I'm already logged in. Once I log it, it just basically refreshes the log in with E-mail screen. It doesn't even say anything is invalid....

Anyone know where to download it from when the key does work and you get a confirmation email?

Dont worry, they wont fix the problem till it shows up on something like FOX news.


This has been an issue since BETA.

Working for me.

I cleaned/deleted my cookies cache. Then logged into the game again and got a Steam prompt that my LE centent was being downloaded. Then once in the game you can see and access your level 5 customization options. All promised content has been downloaded.

Also got an email from IGN/GameSpy about a $0.00 purchase for the LE content further confirming the transaction.

I got mine to work, it gave me the extra bonuses...and then I entered a game and lost everything. What the hell. Come on guys, did you test out your key system BEFORE release?

I log into MY ACCOUNT here and it says im logged in but when I go to /limited edition it asks me to log in (even though it shows im logged in). So when I try to enter the information again it says login failed or some BS.

Can I enter the code in Crysis2 game? Or do I ahve to wait for this to get worked out?

has anyone had a similar issue to this: I created a gamesas account, redeemed the limited edition stuff, went to play the game and then it told me my cd-key was in use whenever i went to play multi-player. BUT it let me customize a class and such it just wouldn't let me play. So frustrated i signed out and went for a drive to pick up something came back and tried again. So now i can sign in and it will prompt me to enter my key if i try to play multiplayer , so i enter it and it no longer prompts me about my limited edition unlocks. the Unlocks are GONE, but it will now let me play the game in multiplayer.

Anyone had a similar issue? and if anyone has please post a response, thankyou for your time

How about fixing the issue that states that my serial key is already in use?

Been waiting forever to play this game and now that it's finally released, I can't even enjoy multiplayer.

I'm about to go back in and see if it kept my bonus content.

But you need to enter the shorter of the 2 codes Steam give you.

In multiplayer...click on "gamesas" it will close the game and take you to this website. then enter your code and click "redeem". then go back into the game...

tried it again with dashes in between this time, said code success.

Try dashes and in all caps.

Well I still have my bonus content, Lvl 5 and everything.

2 problems still remain
1. I need to re-enter my CD key everytime I enter multiplayer.
2. When I try to join a server is says my "serial code is in use"
3. WTF!
