I do _NOT_ mean to flame. But you were clearly dropped as a child.
If your game account is up and working, Then let is rest, they'll sort out the Dog tags in time, but currently the PC platform is unable to even log into their game accounts, and that is a bigger problem. Have a little perspective, and try to see the world from a point of view other than your own.

Hey guys,
well first of all, I love the crysis seris and i think crysis 2 has potential to be one of the bst FPS i have played (*my oppion*) however i pre-purchased the game on "Steam" and was really looking forward to some fun multiplayer action with my Limited Edtion gear! however when i went ingame and clicked redeem code i typed my code in and it said succsess! but i still dont have my Limited edtion items? I know crytek are proberly really overloaded atm with the whole realase and server bug, but some one really needs to fixs this (A.S.A.P) because i have to be frank and say im not completely happy that i pre-ordered and didnt recive my bonuses...

I entered my "Crysis 2 Limited Edition Game Code" several times, so i just entered my Crysis 2 LE Bundle code a couple of times, it still said that it didn't exist, so i just thougt "let crysis fix it", so i went playing crysis 2 and when i logged in i got all the bonus stuff :)
I hope this helps, otherwise i was just lucky.

Delta, i tried the same thing that u did and works for me too, i'm in my work and when go home i'll test if the features are working. Ty for ur idea!! I think this works for all people with this problem.

Well I'm able to fill in my LE code but when I do so it says: "You already own the promotional items for this code." Though everytime I log in I get... nothing? It should automatically detect my bonus content but it's not working at all. It's really pissing me off.

Does it matter if you are using a gamespy account? because i can't use my gamesas account in game since it doesn't allow spaces, i've activated the redemption code while i was logged on to gamesas, i've got an recept and everything for it in my email, but it's not showing up in game...please tell me theres a way to fix this :(

i tryed all steps...and nothing works...
if i'm logging in it says :
"You need to log in to view this page.

Please use the “Sign In” button on the top right corner to log in. "

Ok guys, I think I got it figured out now, for Steam Users anyway, changing the password should work, this is what worked for me..

1. Log into your website account.
2. Select Edit Profile on top right.
3. Select Account Settings
4. Create a new password in the first two fields, and enter your old password in the third field.
5. Start Crysis 2/log into multiplayer
6. Select Redeem Codes
7. Copy the Crysis 2 LE Bundle code to clipboard.
8. Log into the website via top right, and you should once again be prompted to enter your code.
9. Paste your code in and you should be good to go.

When you log back into the game you'll know if it actually worked.


If that does not work for you, then the only other thing I did was delete a folder named le_game_code from C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\yoursteamusername
When you start the game it will recreate it, not sure if that helped or not...
Hope this method works for you guys, I am off to enjoy my LE Content, good luck to all still unable to get this to work!

I'm still without my LE bonuses, gamesas.com accepted my LE code on launch day, shows it in purchase history, but never sent me a confirmation email and never gave me my bonuses in game. I am unable to enter the same code since it has already been used, but I want my bonuses. Very frustrating!

I've managed to get this to work. Perhaps the same solution works for some of you guys. My problem was that my browser has third-party cookies blocked by default for security and privacy reasons. In order to log onto gamesas.com, I have this domain in the whitelist.
The problem with the redeem code function though: It's processed through an iFrame and is run on the servers of gamespy.com

This solution worked for me:
  • Log out of gamesas.com
  • Allow cookies from gamespy.com
  • Log back in and enter the code
  • works! :)

The problem is not being unable to enter. It's already been registered but nothing shows up in-game.

Cry-Tom other issue when you have more names hooked at your account. I log in by X-RayXI, but at my email I have several names I can use. I redeemed my code succesfully and my "XI server" name(!) showed up in my email plus nothing in the game.
