My next troubleshooting measure would be to delete my gamesas account, and re-create it from scratch. Of course, since we've already proven the in-game accounts are separate, i can't really see that helping.
I'd also be concerned that since I've been able to successfully register the bonus key to THIS account, were i to re-create it, it would probably throw up an error message saying it's already been used. It would be nice, of possibly even comforting if the Admin's were actively monitoring this thread, to give helpful little answers like that one; instead of just sticking an unhelpful throw-away comments every now and again. I've also got a support ticket i raised, but Let's face it, it's EA support, so they won't be getting back to me any time soon.
